Garlic chives

Are a versatile herb used widely in Asian cooking. It can be eaten all year long, leaves, scapes, flowers offer inspire creative dishes you can enjoy. The plant has a delicate aroma & hints of garlic and onion.

In summer garlic scapes will appear, these tender stalks in their bud state are a delicacy, in many dishes. Flower buds in their tender state can be used in garnishes.

How to use:

Add to stir fries, scrambled eggs, soups, and noodle dishes, a staple in classic Pad Thai, or use it as a garnish for tofu, meats and fish. Garlic chives are also called Chinese chives because they are used extensively in Chinese cooking.
