Description: This milkweed has narrow smooth leaves and is known to be beneficial and attract many types of insects including bees, butterflies and the Monarch Butterfly! The flowers are pink and white and the seedpods are long, narrow and green. Flowers usually appear from June-September. Grows 2 to 4 feet tall.
Planting: Seeds should be sown in early spring and watered as needed once established. Performs best in full sun. Plants will go dormant and turn brown in the late summer after bloom.
