Description: Turkish Rocket is a part of the brassica family and the young florets can be harvested and cooked like broccolini. It is hardy, drought-tolerant, and is said to be deer and rabbit proof. This plant also has a deep tap root from which new plants can be propagated. However, once established, it is difficult to remove, so make sure to plant it in a place that you're committed to. On average, Turkish Rocket grows to a height of 2 to 3 feet but can grow up to 4 feet in ideal growing conditions.
