Chives! Onion chives are your standard chive that goes on your baked potatoes. A small perennial plant that is very easy to grow. Eat chives all year and enjoy purple chive flowers in spring.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Very little care is necessary for onion chives. To harvest, just cut the leaf (green) and/or flower portion of the plant instead of pulling up the entire bulb. Seasonally, the leaves will die off, but if the bulbs are left in ground, they will produce again.
